I am in out of australia. As a seller i have maximam limit is 100 I want to get higher selling limits currently. Please help me anybody has sama experience.

I have the same problem. And even though I have a successful 2nd selling account with no restrictions they won't raise my limit until I have a proven track record.
On Your selling page you can hit 'replace higher limits' and it will take you to a spot to ring ebay to discuss.
As far as I am aware this is all that can be done until they review your account

You are registered in Sri Lanka & have posted on the Australian discussion boards.

You need to contact whatever ebay service is provided to your country as we can do nothing to help you here.
