Hi everyone, I was thinking about creating a SALE, but all of my items are with the BEST OFFER...if I create a sale, will the best offer still apply, or will it delete best offer and make the sale price what i have chosen it to be ? 🙂

The Best Offer function will remain, and the sale will just affect the current Buy It Now prices for however long the sale lasts for (the only thing I'm not sure of is if you have set auto-accept or decline amounts, and the sale price is lower than either of them, whether that would affect the discount being applied, of if the auto-accept amounts would need to be edited).

Ok 🙂 Well it would be better for me to remove the Best Offer before i create a sale then, because whats the point in having a sale with best offer true?...

when pricing of the listing is modified you have to then wait around about 7 days to put on sale then I think.

I put stuff on sale all the time and a lot of mine have best offer on them. It still works fine. Why would you take the best offer function off just because an item was on sale? I find most people just use the buy now option because it's already discounted, so there's no need to make an offer.

As catspjs said, if you make a change to a listing you can't put it on sale for a period of time, I'm pretty sure it's within 12 hours.
