When will the new charges start

Hi I have a buyer who has purchased multiple items. I have sent her a revised and discounted invoice. She has asked if it is ok to pay on Tuesday which is the 6th of May. Anyone know if I will be charge the 9.9% fee on the postage for this sale??

No, you won't. The new charges only apply to items listed on or after May 6.

Hi, i just want ot clarify.... do the new charges on postage start on items listed on 6th or on items finishing on 6th? Thanks for your help.

The new fees only apply to those items listed on or after the 6th.

If you listed your item on the 5th, and it sells on the 7th or therreafter, the old price structure (which is what you agreed to when you listed) still applies.

So, in your case, you will be charged under the old structure and that is FVFs on product only. FVFs on postage is exempt.
