Can I delete a negative feedback? It is not deserved.

No, you can't, but under some circumstances eBay may.

You can't remove the feedback yourself but under some circumstances eBay will. How do you know why they wanted the money back? If it was discussed via eBay's message system (eBay customer service people can see these), you might have a chance, but if the discussion took pace over the phone, then it's just "He said, she said".

If you want to talk to eBay, ring them (don't do Live Chat) by following the prompts via Customer Support at the top right of the page.

No you can't and neither caqn you get rid of your dreadful response which is what would put me off buying from you, not the neg or the buyer's comment.

Had you replied saying something like: Pick up item, checked before paying. it would have done you very little, if any, harm.

You should NEVER make personal comments either in feedback or in followups.

You are only a very casual seller and it was back in the beginning of April, time to move on and forget about it. It is only a red dot on your computer screen and that is how you should think of it.
