postage label option doesn't come up

How are you supposed to print a postage label when the option does not come up?

Buyer has paid via paypal - $7.15 500g satchel.

Only option are to add tracking number, mark as sent but no postage label.

Would have to happen with my VERY LAST ebay sale!!!!!! Typical.

I have marked as unpaid & then remarked as paid.

I've logged in & out.

Checked everywhere but the option is not coming up - any ideas?

All mine awaiting posting have the 'print postage label' as the first option.

I guess it's good that it's your final sale. Maybe try using Click and Send?

All my other items are showing postage label, even the items with pre-paid envelopes.

It is only missing on this one.

Click & send is now at the higher price.

**bleep** ebay - they don't give a !!!???!!!

Good luck with your future sales. I've started listing with Quicksales & hope that will be successful.

Mine is only hobby in lieu of garage sale so a few items every so often will suit me fine.

perhaps the address is invalid - like Hawthorn Melbourne - and needs to be fixed first?

Did they pay via Bank Account? Apparently there are some label issues if they do so, or don't complete checkout.

You are correct - the address is invallid but I had one a few days ago & as I processed it, it came up in RED print & allowed me to fix it prior to the label coming up with the value & then printing.

This item isn't even letting me access the postage section what so ever.

I'd used the label printing about 30 mins before this payment & again soon after.

I've just phoned ebay & after 20+ mins on hold, of course EBAY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR LABEL PRINTING SERVICE & HAVE HAD FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS BUT OF COURSE, HAVE NOT TOLD ANYONE, JUST WASTED OUR TIME WHICH ISN'T IMPORTANT!!!!!!

I said what do I do - email the buyer & say "sorry I can't post as ebay can't let me process your postage?"

I NOW HAVE TO "WAIT" WHILE EBAY SORT OUT THE PROBLEM & PHONE ME BACK.

Just as well this item was listed prior to the new fees or I'd really be unhappy!!!!!!

SO GLAD I'M LEAVING EBAY.

ALL ITEMS HAVE NOW ENDED - I MORE TO PAY & THEN BYE BYE EBAY AS FAR AS SELLING GOES ... .... ....

Anyone have any idea why this is happening and only to one order? I have been on hold to customer service chat for 45 minutes and but it just cut out and have been unable to contact them for hours.

The Postage label option only appears if the buyer has completed checkout. If your buyer has paid by bank deposit they may not have completed checkout. Check in your Sold section to see if the symbol is blue, or click on the Sales record and it will show as Checkout Incomplete or will show the Checkout date if completed.

The buyer had paid by PayPal. I just got off the phone from ebay and they have escalated it to the technical team. Does anyone know if I can post it using click and send still with the ebay satchels? Thanks,

Yes, you can still use the eBay satchels with C&S (until I think November). You can no longer use the eBay codes. If the item is 500g or less send it as a normal 500g parcel in C&S using your satchel as Own Packaging for $7.20. 500g C&S satchels cost $8 and the 3kg satchel now costs $13.05.
