Can some kind sir post back a link to start a Paypal seller protection claim as I have just spend an hour on the paypal website and can not find it. (just cant having them pesky sellers finding this type of thing)

I didn't think sellers could initiate a claim through paypal, and why would they? If it is for non payment it is done through ebay.

Paypal seller protection is only activated when the seller has a claim opened against them and the seller can prove that the item has been sent.

You, as a seller, don't start a claim.
