      <description>&lt;P&gt;Howdi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some kind sir post back a link to start a Paypal seller protection claim as I have just spend an hour on the paypal website and can not find it. (just cant having them pesky sellers finding this type of thing)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't think sellers could initiate a claim through paypal, and why would they? If it is for non payment it is done through ebay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
