We are fairly new to selling on E Bay. We have left feedback for the buyer, but where do we check if the Buyer has left feedback for the seller, as we want to have a good customer service rating ? Thanks !

Have a look in your 'sold items' it will show your star fully coloured.

If they leave FB the other star will be filled.

Or go to your Feedback page & check.

Feedback is voluntary on both sides.

You have no feedback as a seller yet but your first item only sold on the 17th.

Depending on when the buyer paid and how far the parcel has to go it may be that they have not even received it yet.

Give the buyers a chance to get the items and leave feedback....and don't make the mistake of asking for feedback. Most buyers hate that and you may not like the feedback that is left.
