before OCT,it is no problem,i don't know why i can't do it now

all of my items with best offer

and when i make a markdown,it always show "0" listing,because your listing with best offer,but it is no problem before OCT

hope somebody can help me

new ebay rule - no sales on best offer items - if you want to do a sale, you have to amend all your listings to take away the best offer option

There were multiple changes being made to Markdown Manager for this month and one of this is listings with Best Offer can no longer be placed on sale.

Here are the full list of requirements in creating a sale:

•Most sales are processed within an hour.
•Items can be discounted 5% to 50%.
•A sale can be 1 to 28 days.
•A listing must be live on site for 2 days before it can be placed on sale.
•Listings that accept Best Offers can't be placed on sale.
