I can't list items on eBay

I have already listed an item on eBay without trouble but the second item I tried to list it asked me for a PIN. I put that in and now it is asking me for what payment method to use.

I already selected PayPal when I was putting listing details but anyway it redirected me to PayPal's website and I logged in and then clicked "I agree" and then I was directed back to eBay to a page saying "Page not found" in the old eBay visual style.

I can't do anything from there and my listings are just sitting there in my drafts and I cant do anything with them.

Please help

I haven't read of any glitches lately so this may be a problem your end.

Clear cache and cookies and use Firefox or Chrome as your browser as they are more eBay friendly.
