buyer with one feedback purchases 2 items, no problems have sold to buyers with only one feedback before without issue

buyer receives items and informs they are too small, no problems inform buyer to return items for refund

buyer then messages me to say items are too big and button is broken

I check all my items prior to sending and with the buttons I have to actually cut the button holes and so I know the buttons were intact and working before I sent the items

I have now asked the buyer to confirm whether the item is as her first message too small or as her second message too big and I would have also thought the damaged button would have been mentioned in the first message ... go figure

I have still offered for her to return the items, I will most probably get a neg and my stars trashed and so it goes trading on ebay

sorry it was either vent on the pages or have my 10th cup of coffee for the morning lol ...
