Received my first item bought thru ebay in a long while, and happy with it, went to leave positive feedback...

Hello! ...Where's the feedback link on My Ebay page gone?

The first clickable link I see is 'Return this item'. **bleep**? I don't want to return it - why prompt me?

Fancy having to use the dropdown menu to find what should be, (and always was), at the top of the list!

Yes, I know it's now old hat - but this is the first time I've noticed their ridiculous new concept.

Ebay themselves really are making it less and less fun for honest buyers, and opening the door to scammers or those who wish to abuse the system.

It's little wonder that more and more sellers are leaving ebay.

Ebay's finest minds at work - ensuring a safe and easy place to shop, all the while protecting both buyers and sellers, by encouraging returns - either warranted or unwarranted - ebay still gets their cut.

And they wonder why smaller sellers like me have sought out other venues?

Yeah. Right...

It's stupid because buyers have wondered if something is wrong with their item & also some may click that alluring blue button to see what it's all about.I have that blue beacon of defects still dawdling around like some seedy desperate street hooker, next to items that i have already left +fb for.

It's right there next to items that i bought before the ugly MBG started.

I leave +fb means i have examined the item, found no defects & I'm happy with it.It should end there.

ebay don't care either way,as they already pimped out for the transaction fee. There have been very detailed studies about the likelihood of impulse purchases based on a money back guarantee. Many thousands of eBayers were used as study subjects without their knowledge over several years (i might have time to add a link to research & results later if anyone is interested in the full thing).

If eBay were so worried about buyers returning,it would keep an eye on fraudulent listings & fraudulent sellers. It does not.

It will walk over & wipe it's corporate feet on buyers & sellers alike to make it's pimping fee.

Even street hookers aim for more than a lowly .30c transaction fee & I'm sure their insertion fee is relatively higher & no returns

For disputes for INR or INAD I would go through paypal, eBay is a mess.

As to feedback, go to the items purchased list, and click on the drop down arrow.

and yes, I agree, it is a total disaster. What was eBay thinking when they fixed things................oh wait..........they weren't!

Fixed or thinking LOL
