Sorry everyone my TOPIC disappeared. It's this laptop I'm using, I keep touching the mouse pad with my thumb. Anyway Thanks grizzo. I did find some info on the token. Googling the name and the abbreviation was next to useless until I added the word token.

Barbers tokens were used to prevent fraud by the cutters. Clients would have to buy the token in advance and then hand it to the barber in exchange for the required service. This would reduce barbers carrying out services for cash in hand at a reduced rate. At the end of the day the tokens would be handed in and tallied. They are said to have been used in South Africa and Australia as well as Great Britain"

This is the earlier OG&Co token design. Later types had the company name vernacularized to "Ogee".
