Hi All Can Anyone help Identifying This Goblet

I purchased this Glass Goblet at a Garage sale last weekend. This Garage sale was held by Iranian people. This Goblet is a frosty glass with a cobalt blue base and a blue spiral from top to bottom. I was told it is handblown but I dont know. Any Help Please
