hi just wondering if any one knows a bit about this note

the queen has a cut through her lip due to the printing

so do you think it is collectable or are there heaps of them

One would assume that if you have one like that then there are probably thousands more as they were printed by the sheet.

it would have been a small piece of something stuck to the prnting plate, (only on that one of the whole sheet prnted). yes, of interest to a collector, but not necessarily of high commercial value, more a 'curiosity;
