My sister asked me to sell this watch for her:

Reckons she'd like to get her outlay of around $100 for it. I'm not so sure about that. Is it even genuine?

Well I'm not a watch person, so shoot me down in flames, but is JAG written anywhere on the watch (as opposed to the band)?

It says 'JAG' on the band, but I *thought* they usually said it on the face too

I'm no where near an expert, but I did'nt know they even made digitals (at least recently-ish)

Most fashion labels are renown for branding, especially watches.

So as mentioned without JAG on the case it's possible it's a copy.

At first I thought JAG band put on the watch but the design follows from case to band.

The cheaper watches usually have a Japanese movement known as Myota, it's base model is cheap and all plastic.

This movement is Chinese, even worse.

On eBay I think you may sell it for 30-40 providing you find someone liking the design.

yes it has Jag written under the digital display. Obscured by the flash. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'll make a clearer pic for listing.

These are a couple from the early to mid 80s.

Both have only JAG on the face - a number on the back & nothing on the band but - Genuine Leather.
