Not sure the plate is Chinese.

I think the mark says Da Qing Tongzhi Nian Zhi meaning Great Qing Tongzhi (1862-74) Period Make. It also appears to be fencai decoration.

It looks to me like a 20th century factory-made plate made for the western market.
