I bought an item , item did not arrive and the sender took so long that e-bay now seems to now not do anything. How can I get a message to e-bay.

If it is more than 30 days since the ETA, eBay will not do anything

PayPal give six months

Best avoid such things happening by not buying from dodgey sellers in China

Or if you must, not letting them string you along so long

And not during a world wide pandemic when you are aware of the massive mail delays
