Refund for eBay Plus

I've just been charged for another year for eBay plus, and unfortunately I didn't remember when the automatic payment would take place. I no longer want it, as it's not been of any use to me in a while, so I want to cancel it and also receive a refund. I know how to cancel it online, but I don't know how to go about getting a refund, since the customer service line is not in action at the moment, due to the corona virus.
What should I do to get this in motion?

Use the Live Chat option, available through the help tab at top/bottom of ebay pages.

You can cancel, but I don't think they give refunds.

As said, cancel it but it should have been done before it renewed to save that money.

You must cancel before the money is taken....you cannot get a refund.

I suggest you just use this year's subscription and cancel well before the money is taken next year.
