Hey all, been reading posts where several members and eBay themselves note that they don't earn interest on held funds.

My question is when did this policy change come ?

When eBay implemented the Managed Payments system 3 or more years ago.

Yes I know that, I kinda said that, eBay themselves and members on here have it out there in public information. Once upon a time it was not the case, hence the question. Thanks for your response though

Once upon a time eBay wasn't the payment entity.

Didn't know the answer to the topic question obviously, I did however see what eBay currently states along with multiple members in the discussion board saying the same and I simply wanted to know when that changed. So what exactly is your contribution to this despite the question being answered and accepted by me long before you decided we needed your help. Thanks for that fellow member
