    <description>&lt;P&gt;So we had 4 listings that were purchased by one seller. All 4 were used and put back in box. All 4 were listed as used and pre-owned. Buyer claimed that all 4 where not as described as he thought they were new and sealed. Even with the listings clearly showing that they were all listed as used and pre owned ebay still decided with the buyer and refunded him. How is this possible? Yes, I have appealed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you offered 30 day returns, the return and refund are not in dispute, so you can only try to get it changed to a&amp;nbsp; COM rather than IND, in which case the buyer will be responsible for postage costs.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It would have been best to have this arranged, prior to ebay resolving the dispute&lt;/P&gt;</description>
