Like all new sellers your payments will be on hold for up to 30 days.

Having tracking showing the items are delivered, and having positive feedback from the buyer may help reduce that, but it's not guaranteed.

You have to wait for the hold (which you agreed to when listing)

The item only sold four days ago, the hold is usually 30 days

Assuming you signed up to Managed Payments and were verified to sell

And you need to post within your handling time as well, and upload the tracking
