There are plenty of humans here on the forum who would be happy to help you... if you let us know what you'd like help with.

Or if you want to contact eBay in working hours, go to eBay Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant then ask to speak to an agent

The easiest way would be to ask the humans here

Other buyers and sellers with experience using eBay and who know the policies

Rather than a human from eBay typing generic responses from pre written scripts
