Cant contact customer support

I can't contact customer support as I used to, It now just say "contact us" or "help yourself" but doesn't actually provide anything to click on to contact them like it once did (the chat whith the bot which eventually let's me be called) I can't for the life of me figure our how to speak with someone. I used to do this all the time. There's nothing to click on. Please help me

you can't speak to anyone....it's now a 'live-chat', either with a 'bot' or a CS person in Asia.

You're better off asking here where other members may be able to help you.

Is this about you not being able to use your card in the other thread you opened?

The call center closed well over 4 years ago so a long time since there was that option

I have found a bug in Ebay's systems but I can't find any way to notify Ebay about it (apart from this discussion board).

I think that the consumer laws need to be changed to prohibit businesses from operating if they can't be contacted.

You are not notifying eBay by posting here, it is a member to member forum

eBay Help is at the top of every page, so no reason you can't contact them

I very much doubt they are about to change how postcodes are set up though
