Haven't been able to load My Ebay for hours. Anyone else having this problem?

Mine has been slower than a wet week but eventually loads.

Sorry I cannot offer anything else....except maybe the usual fix all. Clear cookies and cache and then reboot your computer.

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on.

Thanks, have found it is only the laptop affected, tablet ok.

Only MyEbay affected, will not load. Weird.

No nbn but ADSL.

Win 10, newish computer, all else running well.

Will do as you say, suspecting a virus.

Do you have ad block installed?

Too many ads slow things down.

Plus I found out a long time ago that only ebay site is the slowest going around so don't always think it's your computer.
