Problem creating listings and drafts

It keeps crashing on me, anyone else have this problem?

Also the drafts keep disappearing

Well, to get the most obvious culprits out of the way first, are you using Internet Explorer as your browser?

It's best to use Firefox or Google Chrome as your browser, as IE is known to be glitchy in rendering eBay pages.

You may also need to look at clearing your cache and deleting cookies, perhaps clearing your browser history as well.

In terms of the drafts disappearing, eBay say:

❝You can also save a draft of your listing and go back to finish it later. There are no limits to how many drafts you can have in Seller Hub, although they expire after 45 days. If you prefer to create your listings through the Selling section of My eBay, you can save up to 20 drafts, and they'll be available for 30 days.❞
