Cannot contact seller via email

I have been trying for days to contact a seller over a faulty product.

Everytime I hit send on the message, I receive a error message saying ‘opps, something went wrong, please try again later.’

I can’t ring the seller, they’re in China.

There's your problem, right there... Chinese sellers are notorious for shoddy items, dodgy selling practices, and little if any response to item claims.

Even if you could send a message you would probably not get a reply from a Chinese seller.....at the moment almost the whole of China is closed down for Chinese New Year.

It is the one time of the year when Chinese sellers think more of their family reunions than they do of making money.

Unless it is a major emergency I would just wait a week or so until the celebrations are over and the sellers are responding again.
