Why can I not sell something on Ebay? I keep getting a technical error message

Hi,

I am trying to sell something on ebay and I get this message when I go to list it - "Your request couldn't be processed because of a technical issue. Please try again."

Can someone please tell me why this is showing up?

Ebay don't read or respond here, regardless of what the blurb says.

Only buyers and sellers like yourself.

Are you using Internet Explorer?

If so, change browsers. Ebay no longer support IE.

Is your Paypal account a Premier account that is necessary for selling?

Tried clearing cookies and cache and re-booting?

Possibilites are endless.
