I have opened the request and seller didn't reply. I have waited for another two weeks. Now I want ebay to step in, but in the requrest details, there is no such option. As shown in the picture, I should be able to ask ebay to step in on 11th Sep. Now it is already 18th Sep.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>What is going on?
