You need to let us know exactly what is happening for us to be able to offer help

Are you getting the constant 'I am not a robot' message?

Is it a log in loop?

Is it saying user name or pass word is wrong?

Is someone else already logged in?

Are you putting the correct user name for the password?

We are fellow buyers and seller so we need details

No eBay staff nor eBay tech staff read here, despite the blurb claiming they check for issues

What browser are you using? Sometimes trying another browser (or a private or incognito browser window) can help.

Try disabling your ad blocker on the eBay sign-in page. If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on the sign-in page using the shield icon to the left of the page address.
