FASTWAY/ ARAMEX MODULE NO LONGER WORKING

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but https://labels.fastway.com.au/eBay/Orders#/Sales which is linked to eBay orders is saying "Service Unavailable". A further message is "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."

Upon contacting FASTWAY/ARAMEX IT Support a quick reply was achieved last night saying they are aware of the problem.

Can anyone shed light on this issue?

Not any more than the IT tech at Fastway has shed light on it for you, they are aware of the problem and working on it.

I doubt anyone here is tech savvy enough to do a better job than the internal techs

Maybe follow up with them if still an issue tomorrow
