The usual "fix" is to clear cache and cookies then reboot your computer. I'm also using WIN 10 on Firefox and Chrome.

I just wanted to say what padi said. Normally it works. Sometimes it also works if you just restart the browser after clearing cache and cookies. Or try the safe mode of your browser.

If not, try another browser. It is a browser problem rather than an eBay problem.

I sometimes have this problem on Edge.

Usually hitting the back button works for me.
