Unable to leave positive feedback

My Purchase History page for a particular item does not provide an option to provide Feedback. It is the only time I have encountered this problem. I am very happy with the Seller & their service & want to leave positive Feedback. The seller has suggested providing Feedback through -Go to "Community" --> "Feedback Forum" -->"Leave Feedback" Step3: Please enter the item xxxx and choose "positive" to leave a short message, besides, please kindly choose all 5 stars for next 4 DSR. You only have 60 days to leave feedback. Did you purchase the item more than 60 days ago?

Has the seller left feedback for you? If they have, you could respond to their feedback and express your appreciation there.

I note that the eBay record for the item shows the item has been sent & has not been updated to delivered. This is where the problem lies. Until the item has been delivered it is not possible to leave Feedback. A minor problem within eBay. Thanks, Chris

I doubt that that is the problem, I have an item that hasn't yet been delivered but I still have the option to leave feedback.
