Why cant i uplaod postage options when listing an item?

Ive been trying to lsit an item on my laptop, i have tried creating my own listing as well as sell similar from anothers listing.

I offer free shipping however whenever i click free shipping, it clears everything back to adding into dimensions, so i add that, and nothing happens, i click i dont know the package details, it brings up the options, to choose your postage serive, i do that, Australia post Domesric, it auto populates that buyer pays, even if i add $1 it then reverts back to an error, postage needs adding. If i click it to free postage, again it goes through the above.. im so damn frustrated about now lol..

Make sure you have selected 'flat postage', otherwise it will be 'calculated postage' and will require you to add relevant information (including dimensions).
