    <description>&lt;P&gt;A recent tracking outage on eBay may have affected your ability to upload tracking information to eBay. &amp;nbsp;We want to ensure this doesn’t impact your eBay business, so we’ve implemented measures to support you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For eBay orders places from 19 August until we can confirm the issue has been resolved, we have implemented the below seller protections: &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We will remove your late shipment defects&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We will remove your Item Not Received (INR) count in Service Metrics, along with any related Negative or Neutral Feedback.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;These protections mean your seller performance should not be impacted by this outage. These protections will be applied to your account after the issue has been resolved. &lt;/STRONG&gt;We will post an update on the announcement board once the issue is resolved. Please still make sure to upload tracking to any item not received requests submitted by buyers to ensure they are resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
