    <description>&lt;P&gt;We wanted to update you on a recent tracking outage on eBay that may have affected your ability to upload tracking information to eBay.&amp;nbsp; The issue was identified on 19 August and resolved on 20 August. We want to ensure this doesn’t impact your eBay business, so we’ve implemented measures to support you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For eBay orders places from 19 to 20&amp;nbsp; August, we have implemented the below seller protections:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We will remove your late shipment defects&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We will remove your Item Not Received (INR) count in Service Metrics, along with any related Negative or Neutral Feedback.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;These protections mean your seller performance should not be impacted by this outage.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Please still make sure to upload tracking to any item not received requests submitted by buyers to ensure they are resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
