There is no price change to the eBay flat rate boxes postage.</LI> <LI>Price changes to Parcel Post and Express Post will flow through to the eBay shipping platform where these parcel services are available. Small parcels up to 500g for Parcel Post and Express Post will increase by 3.5 per cent.
