just paid for 4 laptop computers at a buy now offer

offer was accepted then they sold my products

offered infurier replacments

what crap what do I do

want a refundand thease b-------s need to be black listed

Have you paid? if not refuse the replacement items, if they file disputes for non payment, respond with the message they sold the items you purchased and tried to replace with inferior goods, if you have paid, then you either advise the seller to refund and not send, as you will be returning them when they arrive and filing disputes via paypal.

Once all is final you have feeedback to state your opinions.

So the seller made a mistake, they offered you an alternative. Probably all you had to do was say no thanks, I would rather have a refund and they would have given you one.

Now all you have done is make yourself look bad, any seller reading that feedback you left is going to add you to their blocked bidders list.

You are perfectly entitled to leave a neg but to be effective it should be informative, factual and not be capitalised or contain bad language or name calling.
