How do I create an "electronic Signature"?

I have found an Ebay Seller that has duplicated my listings. Everything from the images, title & description has been copied. A Hyperlink in their listing still leads to my Store Listing.

When I follow the process to Report the Item I am stopped at the very end by requirement to enter an "Electronic Signature"

"Your electronic signature should match your full name." is displayed below the field to type the Electronic Signature.

Despite what I enter, and what is entered in my Account Settings area, the page contiues to display an error:

Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields.

Please enter valid electronic signature.
