Question getting pre-approval seller in Membership & Account

getting pre-approval seller

Hi I try to apply for approval to list in Alcohol & alcohol mixers by emailling to the email stated in the Ebay policy, but didn't get any respond. Can anyone help me?

Unless you have a Liquor Licence you cannot sell alcohol on ebay.

You have alcohol listed & appear to have a SA licence so not sure what you are asking.

I try to upload new listing but Ebay restrict it and link me to alcohol policy page. Seems like I need to be approved by Ebay even though I own a valid license.

On the policy page, it written :
"To apply for approval to list in the Alcohol & Alcohol Mixers category, please contact us<email address>. "

I emailed them since weeks ago but didn't get any respond. So, trying to check if there's anyone do actually get respond from Ebay via email before?
