I have been getting the same email messages that I have seen in these forums concerning updating details leading to a restricted account. One forum comment was - You have to update your banking details so that you can be paid when selling as PayPal is no longer the payment processor. However, I did follow the instructions - as clear as a brick - and eBay sent me to the PayPal site (as an option) where I had to agree to T&amp;Cs. PayPal then sent me back and eBay said account updated. I then went back to the "Update Details" section and pressed Submit and got the same old message - Oops. Something went wrong. Try again later. So I assume that my account is still restricted (though I do very little selling).</P><P>So my question is - Do I have to give my actual bank details and forgo PayPal?
