Why is it that when placing the listing, and choosing the option "buyer pays immediately when purchasing" and it says, by choosing this option you will be paid within 4 days, that when that item sells eBay puts a hold on the funds for over a month? I believe this is misleading and actually disgusting. What do they need the interest they will earn for the month off my money??! Is it just a scam to get you to choose that?

Why would you list something as 'brand new' and use only stock photos for an item that is full of scratches (now that is misleading) , and then ignore the buyer's messages?

eBay will most certainly be taking those things into account

Hopefully the buyer knew to follow the item not as described process

And no, no matter how many times someone wants to invent the 'ebay earning interest' line when they find out policies apply to them will not make it true
