    <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;can you tell me what it means when an item is listed as 'privat?&amp;nbsp; I accidently cancelled 2 items and received a refund from the item.&amp;nbsp; I'm having a problem with the second seller who has said that he refunded my money through paypal but nothing is showing in my pp acount.&amp;nbsp; He is now not ancwering my email so I'm down my payment so no refund&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; and item.&lt;/P&gt;
