<title>Question PAYPAL not fair in PayPal &amp; Payments</title>
    <link>https://community.ebay.com.au/t5/PayPal-Payments/PAYPAL-not-fair/qaq-p/1213825</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I do not believe PAYAL is fair with their resolution process. I believe they tend to favour the buyer.&amp;nbsp; My item was sent exactly as described.&amp;nbsp; The buyer said there was a fault.&amp;nbsp; I replied and asked where to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I asked for photos to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I advised as no evidence I cannot offer a refund.&amp;nbsp; They raised a claim to PAYPAL.&amp;nbsp; I provided my&amp;nbsp;right of reply to PAYPAL&amp;nbsp;- exactly as desribed and pictures.&amp;nbsp; PAYPAL not only advised they refunding the amount to the buyer, but that they are refunding more than what the buyer purchased the item for.&amp;nbsp; Not only is this not fair but shows me PAYPAL has not looked at my case carefully.&amp;nbsp; It is disheartening when buyers either change their minds or can manipulate a system we are hung without any fair trial.&amp;nbsp; I have emailed PAYPAL about their amount to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I have got on to PAYPAL facebook and messaged them to say the above and that is shameful.&amp;nbsp; Someone has replied on the facebook page for a claim&amp;nbsp;ID &amp;nbsp;but one is just pessimistic about this process.&amp;nbsp; I cant appeal until the case is closed meaning once I have the item back the case is closed then I can appeal not only the unfairness of returns but the over refunding.&amp;nbsp; Vent over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
