I Have purchased an item that clearly the seller does not have and has sent away for the item. Seller has not taken the funds as they are still unclaimed. I could have bought from some one else that actually has the product. The seller is falsely advertising that he has the product. Yet i can not cancel the sale. Well i have canceled it and to be honest &nbsp;the ebay paypal policy seems of seller id-ing the product they are selling with you is not working, and i do not see why i have to wait for them to get a product that they have clearly stated they have at this address but do not. If a buyer does not pay the funds by the right time he has to wait.
