eBay registered email address, $emailAddress$

Hi There,

I thought I already asked this question but I can't find any trace of it...

eBay Customer Support has issued a partial refund to my eBay registered email address at $emailAddress$.
I have to confirm this email address to receive the refund.

I have been using eBay for 12 years and I don't know what registered addres they are talking about.

I have received nothing in my Ebay email address.

I have received nothing on my personal email linked to eBay.

Does anyone know what this eBay registered email is ?
