i opened up case 15 689 0026 to request a refund as the item was due to arrive in 3 months and did not arrive 5-6 weeks after the due date.

i requested a refund and they have asked me to wait another 7 days and i wanted 15 days and still no item.

i have requested another refund and now they sent me this message - go to PayPal. please close the dispute,.then we can refund to you.

i went to my paypal and there no info on them or any issue receiving a refund.

my concern is if i close the dispute here on ebay they will not refund me my funds

i would like your advice please

NEVER close a dispute

You tell the seller the dispute will close automatically once they issue the refund

You can escalate the dispute and paypal will then deal with the seller and if they can not prove delivery then you will be refunded.

DO NOT let the seller string you along any more.
