paypal refund

Hi,

I bought an item on ebay and paid with my visa card. The seller contacted me and said they were out of stock and he refunded me via paypal.

I checked my paypal, even though i didnt use paypal to make the purchase, but there was no refund showing.

I tried to contact the seller via ebay emails but was unable to reply to his message - i get this warning.." the question you are trying to answer is eith invalid or older than 90 days". Firstly its not older than 90 days and i dont understand what would be invalid.

So now i am unable to contact the buyer as well.

Any advise on where to look for paypal refund or how to contact the buyer?
