She also says that another item may not work either. I can do a partial refund no problems for the first item but once a refund has been done on an order, if a second item in the same order is broken also can I do another partial refund once one has already been done. I can ask buyer to check the second item but it is something that you do not want to open until your ready to use it &amp; she is not ready to use the second item just yet.
