I have recently received an invoice for $839.00 for selling but I haven't sold on Ebay for at least 2 years.

You will want to get onto eBay asap then

your completed listing show 'you' sold a PS5 for that amount on July 7th and you have neg feedback for it

saying you are a scammer demanding payment into an Italian bank account

Someone must have hijacked your account

Go to eBay help at the top of any page and scroll to the bottom for live chat

Sandy, the Help page has changed. When you open it, it immediately connects to a live chat with bots. You can also talk to a human, but I haven't tried yet. I would also advise the OP to change their password ASAP. They were able to log in, as they posted here, so they should still be able to change their password while waiting for eBay to do something.
