Address Issues, would a PO Box be any better?

I have been living in a old hotel for the last 2 years, all the rooms were sold off separately and rented out privately or used for holidays.

There is no reception and there is no letter boxes for any of the 40+ apartments/rooms here.

I was using my brothers address to get things delivered but I will no longer be able to do so.

If I had a PO box how would I go about receiving parcels that are sent via courier, would I have to mail every seller and ask how they will be sending the items?
